Contractor Website Score

Privacy

Contractor Website Score is a small tool. This page says what happens to the URL you submit and to the optional form on the results page. It is written in plain language on purpose.

The website you score

When you submit a URL, our server fetches the public page so it can score the HTML. That HTML is used to build the report you see. Version 1 does not write the page or the score into a database. Don’t submit a URL you are not comfortable requesting in public.

The mockup form

The form asks for your name, business, phone, email, the site URL, and the score. If the site operator has set a lead webhook, the form is posted there as JSON. If that webhook is not set, the form does not deliver itself and nothing is stored. The email link on the same page opens your own email app with a message to henry@getmodernwebsites.com. Once you send that email, it lives in your outbox and in Henry’s inbox.

We do not sell these details. We do not add you to a list from the score alone. You can ask Henry to delete a message you sent by emailing henry@getmodernwebsites.com.

Logs, cookies, and ads

The host that runs this site, such as Vercel, may keep ordinary request logs, including IP addresses, for security and operations. This version does not set advertising cookies and does not run a third-party analytics pixel. A rate limit may remember an IP in memory for about a minute so one network cannot hammer the scorer. That memory is not a database, and it is not shared as a marketing list.

Who this is for

The tool is for business owners looking at their own public website. It is not directed at children.

Modern Websites

The product this site points to is Modern Websites. If you book a demo or email Henry, that conversation is with them, not with an anonymous form processor.
